CatholicCare Sandhurst is deeply shocked and saddened by the extreme loss of life and wounding caused by the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka, targeting Christians on Easter Sunday and some tourist hotels. These terrible events have shattered families, communities and church congregations - across Sri Lanka, Australia, and the world. The Board and staff of CCS extend our deepest sympathies, shared grief, compassion and support to those affected. We entrust those who have died to the love and care of God, and we will continue to work towards communities of peace, healing, inclusiveness and transformation.
