Since Eaglehawk UFS Dispensary first opened the doors in 1916, we have dedicated ourselves to providing our community with affordable medications and friendly service. We've taken this original goal and expanded on it. This has allowed us to support our community through several grants that we've taken from our yearly profits. We are allowed to do this because there are no private owners or shareholders. We are a dispensary that is run by the community for the betterment of the community Each year, we give back around $300,000 to the community. We do this through our Community Sponsorship program, through which we give to several local organisations annually, and by the discounts each of our members receives when they fill their medications or shop with us At the core of our belief system is our staff. We have built a family of professional staff members over the years, and we value each one. This allows us to reflect our values and this belief back to our customers and the community as a whole. We treat anyone who visits our dispensary with respect, and we focus on providing each customer with the best service we possibly can. Our mission statement says that we strive to service the needs of both our members and customers with only the highest level of professional advice in the use of Medicines, Medication Management and all Pharmacy Product. We hold ourselves to extremely high standards and we always try to go above and beyond our customers' expectations. That's why our pharmacy is quality assured by QCPP (Quality Care Pharmacy Program) to the Australian Standard in Community Pharmacy.
