Our village is one of only a few affordable rental accommodation retirement options in the entire state of Victoria, where you can manage with just an $800 deposit - 'not' millions like many other places charge! The fortnightly rent is affordable even if you are on the pension alone (which covers all meals). Living Well at Bendigo is conveniently situated in Kangaroo Flat with a lovely garden setting, and very close to shopping centres with a bus stop directly outside. Only 1 and 3/4 hours to Melbourne by train. The affordable housing complex was designed to meet the need for high quality and affordable accommodation for independent mature people. Fresh food is prepared onsite and caters for home style meals. All of our villa units are modern and very comfortable. The complex is comprised of 75 villa units, together with communal facilities. Manager lives onsite. The communal facilities consist of substantial landscaped grounds and Community areas, including dining rooms and sitting areas.
