love the variety of people that I come across in this industry. One minute I am making an arrangement or hamper for a new born baby, the next minute I am helping a husband celebrate his wedding anniversary and then the next person could be someone who has experienced a loss in the family and they need to arrange the last gift they’ll ever give that person (eg funeral flowers). The people I come across and the stories I hear absolutely blow me away. I find joy in knowing that my role in the community is to essentially help put a smile one someone’s face. I believe that there is no “one size fits” approach when it comes to flowers and gifts therefore, I will take the time to get to know the sender and the reason behind their purchase/order and then even more time getting to know the recipient, what colours they like, do they like a scented flower etc etc. It might be a simple handful of questions that will assist me to work out what I am best to arrange or what flowers I should choose but I believe that with my approach, I will always deliver THE best service and flowers in Bendigo. No two days in floristry are ever the same and whilst the days can be inconsistent, I will ensure that my service and standards are ALWAYS consistent and well received.
